While I was walking the dogs yesterday, there was a pigeon, it couldnt really walk or fly. So I decided to pick it up and bring it home and call the pet rescue, they took him to the bird hospital. I couldn't let him die or get eaten by predators, so I took the pigeon home.

Merry Meet, divine members of Omnia. I've never heard of you before last Saturday when I received an email from Faerie Worlds. You looked interesting so I clicked to listen. I fell in love. At first it was the boldly Pagan sound of your music, but then, I read Steve Sic's bio on this website and I thought "Holy Shit! They think like I DO!" I mean it, the parallels between how I feel in my heart and how you seem to think, it's just astounding. My philosophy (and what I know to be true, because I can feel it) is that all living creatures have the sacred spark of life and no single creature is above or better than another. Humans only feel that way because they are biased to empathize with other humans, and they're too shallow and ignorant to question their motivation. So man created a big scary book of rules with small print to substantiate their narcissistic destruction and greed. I seem to teeter between my innate feeling of contempt toward humans and the nagging feeling I should love all creatures. I look at the people in this world and I think, how in the hell could anybody root for them??? I am very sensitive and empathetic towards all other creatures and it rips my heart out when I think about the freaking meaningless cruelty perpetuated towards innocent beings by man. If I dwell on things like factory farms or abusive perverts, I nearly hyperventilate. A few years ago, I was contemplating it all and I came to this conclusion: man is the only creature that doesn't belong on this Earth. Any objective observer would see that we weren't made for this world. We have to clothe ourselves, destroy to build structures in which to create artificial atmosphere just to survive. We alter our food and are generally in discord with Mother Earth and her children. Yes, it did occur to me that the world would be a damn fine place, balanced, with all life coexisting in beautiful symbiosis minus one thing: HUMAN BEINGS. So, you can imagine my overwhelming feeling of kinship when I heard your beautiful song "I Don't Speak Human". Yes, we are kindred. And I'm glad to know you all exist. Hallihallöchen Omnia, euer Konzert am Samstag in Dortmund war total magisch. Ihr habt da eine Energie heraufbeschworen die, von song to song anschwellend, am Ende schlichtweg überwältigend war. Und dann die vielen Bäume um euch herum..., noch heute geistert mir euer song "Morrigan" durch meinen Körper..., was das für euch für eine Kraft kosten muss, solche Masse an Magie..., und ihr steht da oben auf der Bühne und spielt und lacht als gäbe es kein Morgen. Wow...Neben Morrigan hat mich an diesem Abend " Dance until we die" umgehauen: Das war perfekt, meine Meinung: besser werdet ihr das nie hinbekommen. An die neuen Stücke muss ich mich erst noch gewöhnen, aber ich fand sie ganz gut. So verbleibe ich in tiefer Dankbarkeit mit den besten Wünschen an euch für eure Gesundheit und Inspiration. War mal wieder sehr schön euch in Dortmund zu hören und zu sehen ;). Leider war von Anfang an ja offensichtlich nicht alles beim Ton so, wie es sein sollte, das hat man auch gehört.. das Didgeridoo war bis zum Ende viel zu leise und die Harfe war auch erst ab der zweiten Hälfte hörbar, und dabei stand ich recht weit vorne...Trotz allem immer wieder eine Freude euch live zu sehen, beim nächsten mal hoffentlich auch wieder mit voller Akustik. I'll try to translate this into english so everyone can unterstand ;) It was - as always - nice to hear and see you playing in Dortmund. Unfortunately, the sound obviously wasn't the way it should be. The Didgeridoo was much to quiet all the time and the harp also wasn't audible until the second half, even if I was pretty close to the stage. Despite the soundproblems, it is always a pleasure to see you performing live, hopefully next time again with full acoustics.

I must tell you that the groups songs speak to my spirit and my soul. For a moment in a world thatb makes no sense I can close my eyes while listening to your music and feel as though my soul and spirit are being transported to another time and place where the God and the Goddess speak,and for just a moment I block out all distractions. Please keep up the good work and never stop because I feel the music speaking to my soul and spirit and I hope it will speak to others. Because to coin a phrase from one of your songs "I DON'T SPEAK HUMAN".
