\ Last weekend, Jenny and myself were invited to attend Deloraine's very own festival, Sabat Fest, in Czechia, as their personal guests. Of course we couldn't refuse our dear friends Masha and Deri (they are such lovely people and we connect in many ways), so we turned our old OMNIA van back into a temporary camper, found a catsitter for the Demon, and drove down off our forested mountain to Czechia ... not knowing what to expect. On a festival in Italy during the summer of last year, we unexpectedly met two real people, Nadia and Vova, whom we had known for many years, but actually hardly knew. We had met infrequently on festivals in the past where we were playing with OMNIA as well as their band IRDORATH... then the world order changed society and wicked fate put them into chains... while Jenny and me turned away from society into exile... we had drifted far apart... until by chance we saw them again last summer,...

Today is my darling husband's 59th Birthday. We don't believe in age (you are as old as you feel) but still I think it's quite a feat reaching this age in good health! So, Steve, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
