As winter switches off and on like a faulty street light ... making the outside temperatures jump up and down by 20 degrees on an almost daily basis...
The dutch fields seem to be turning into very flat shallow swamp lands holding more water than grass And the birds and the flowers act like spring is in full sway...

But life is still beautifull!
Stenny is trying to revive some of "that wintery feeling" by preparing some traditional dutch winterfood's like thick pea-soup "erwtensoep" and carrot/onion mash
